Just as courtesy, we have reserved service time just for you, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment for any cancellations or reschedules. Failure to notify us of changes in your reservation may result in denial of future reservations.

We are more than happy to make things right if we make an error. Unfortunately, we do not issue any refunds for services already rendered.
